If you would like a refund or an exchange of your item the item must be returned within 14 days from purchase.

Lettie must be notified within 14 days of purchase for a return authorisation. Once return authorisation has been granted the customer is granted a further 10 days to return the product.

The item must be in a saleable condition and have not been worn, soiled, damaged or washed.

Seconds and sample items are sold as is and are not accepted for return.

Unless exchange or refund is warranted due to faulty item then all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that because most of Lettie's items are one of a kind or limited quantity that an exchange for the same item may not always be possible.

As Lettie's vintage fabrics may sometimes have slight imperfections due to the age of the fabric, we only use these fabrics when it is acceptable and forms part of the character of the up cycled item and is not classed as

a flaw. This may include age spots, fading or hem lines. Items are all handmade therefore there may be some slight irregularities in sizes depending on the fabric being used. Please ask questions if unsure.

Fading and shrinkage of fabrics is not a defect so please take proper care of your item to avoid this.

Sizing is approximate and due to the varying sizes of a baby's head compared to age it is always better to upsize.

Brimmed and frilled bonnets seem to fit slightly larger than a bonnet without. If there is an option for a custom made item the wait time is a maximum of 3 weeks to despatch.

Leaving a baby unattended sleeping whilst wearing a Lettie bonnet is not recommended and all precautions should be taken with items that tie around the neck.

Lettie bonnets made from vintage linens are to be spot washed or gently hand washed when possible.  Do not tumble dry. Warm iron if needed. The type of fabric or blend of recycled fabrics can not always be identified therefore care must be taken when washing.

Fashion bonnets may be hand washed in cold water. Do not tumble dry.  Warm iron if needed.

Lettie fashion may be hand washed in cold water.  Do not tumble dry.  Warm iron.

Dribble bibs are designed to protect clothing or to be worn as a fashion accessory. They are not suitable to be used as a feeding bib due to the delicacy of fabrics used.
